1. Warranty Coverage

Home Deco Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that its custom cabinetry, kitchens, vanities, closets, and related products (the “Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year  from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, if a defect in material or workmanship arises, Home Deco Corp will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defect;
• Replace the defective product or component; or
• Provide a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
  All repairs or replacements shall be performed at no additional cost to the purchaser.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation;
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or damage resulting from environmental factors (such as moisture, fire, or extreme temperature fluctuations);
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers;
• Damages caused by improper maintenance or cleaning practices not in accordance with Home Deco Corp’s guidelines;
• Any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• This warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product and does not cover labor or installation costs incurred by the purchaser.
• In no event shall Home Deco Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, the original purchaser must:

1. Provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice);
2. Contact Home Deco Corp at [email protected] or (424) 799-1288 within the Warranty Period;
3. Provide a detailed description of the defect along with any supporting documentation or photographs;
4. Follow any additional instructions provided by Home Deco Corp for processing the claim.
   Home Deco Corp reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the nature of the defect prior to authorizing any warranty service.

6. Disclaimer

This warranty policy is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Home Deco Corp. It is in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; if applicable, such exclusions and limitations may not apply.

7. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments

Home Deco Corp reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. The Warranty Period applicable to any product is determined by the date of purchase as indicated on the original sales documentation.
